1. This agreement
These terms are between Merchgram ("we", "us") and the merchant installing Merchgram ("you"). Installing the app from the Shopify App Store means you accept them. If you do not accept them, uninstall the app.

2. The service
Merchgram is a Shopify application that lets you sell customisable products, apply customer-specific pricing at checkout, and turn paid orders into production jobs. We provide it as software; we do not print, decorate, or ship anything on your behalf, and we are not a party to any sale you make.
3. Eligibility
You need an active Shopify store and the authority to install applications on it. Your use of Shopify is governed by your agreement with Shopify, which we are not party to.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the app to infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights;
- upload or produce unlawful material, or material you have no right to reproduce;
- attempt to access another merchant's data, or to circumvent the isolation between stores;
- probe, scan, or load-test the service without our written permission;
- resell or sublicense the app itself.
6. Your content
Your products, artwork, designs and customer data remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you — to store, process and display that material so the app works. We claim no ownership of it and do not use it to train machine-learning models.
You are responsible for having the rights to any artwork your customers submit or that you make available for customisation.
7. Fees
Merchgram is currently free to install and use. If we introduce charges, we will do so through Shopify's billing, and you will be asked to approve any charge before it applies. We will never bill you outside Shopify for the app's functionality.
8. Data protection
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Where we process your customers' personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies and forms part of these terms. For that data you are the controller and we are the processor.
9. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available and to fix faults promptly, but we do not commit to a specific uptime figure. Maintenance may interrupt the service. Support is provided by email at the address above.
10. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if required by law or by Shopify. On uninstall, your data is deleted as described in §7 of the Data Processing Agreement.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
